Only open tasks count toward the 50. Completing or deleting a task frees its place, and completed tasks never count.
Older activity isn’t deleted on the Free plan: it’s kept, and shows again with Premium.
The price
- Premium is $20 USD a year, plus tax. There’s no monthly plan.
- New subscribers get 50% off the first year: $10 USD, plus tax. The discount is once per person.
- Sales tax, VAT or GST is added on top where it applies to you. Checkout shows the exact total before you pay. The currency shown may be your local one.
- Premium renews automatically each year at $20 USD, plus tax, until you cancel. Checkout and your receipts show the renewal price and date.
The 14-day trial
Every new account starts with 14 days of full Premium. It needs no card, and nothing is charged when it ends. It’s one trial per person. When it ends, your account becomes Free: nothing is deleted, but anything over the free limits becomes read-only. See the terms.
Where to buy, and how to cancel
Premium is sold on the web, through Stripe, which handles payment and tax. Cancel any time: Premium runs to the end of the year you’ve paid for and then doesn’t renew. Refunds are covered by the refund policy: a full refund within 14 days of a payment, and a part refund after that.
