A calm to-do list that shows you what's slipping.

Tend keeps today quiet and simple, and quietly tells you which chores have waited too long.

Works in any browser, and installs like an app. Android app coming soon.

Tend's Today page: tasks grouped by project, each with its due date and project tag, and coloured dots on chores that are escalating.
Escalation colours

See what's been waiting too long.

Give a task an escalation step and a small dot marks how overdue it is: green when it comes due, yellow after a step, red after two. The Escalations page lines them all up, with a bar showing how close each is to the next colour.

The Escalations page: chores grouped into Overdue, Approaching and On track, each with when it was last done, its step and a progress bar.
Eisenhower matrix

Sort once, not every morning.

Drag today's tasks into Do First, Schedule, Delegate or Eliminate. A task keeps its place, even when a repeating task comes back around, so you only sort it once.

The Eisenhower matrix: a queue of unsorted tasks beside four quadrants, from Urgent and Important to Not Urgent and Not Important.
Every-Nth-time subtasks

Repeating tasks that know when to do a bit more.

"Water the plants every 10 days, and every 3rd time, also feed them." Tend counts each time you finish, and adds the extra step as a subtask when its turn comes.

A task's details: Water the plants repeats every 10 days, with a rule that adds Feed the plants every 3 completions.
